Foreign registration card (temporary stay): Issued to holders of E-7, E-9, D-2 etc.
Permanent residency (F-5): Long-term stay, often gets benefits similar to locals.
Importante na i-check both visa type at kung may foreign registration.
Paghahambing ng mga programang pwede sa visa E-7·E-9·D-2
I-tap ang visa para makita agad kung anong program ang pwede mong makuha.
E-9 Non-professional job visa: benefits for migrant workers
E-9 holders excluded from some major youth supports, pero hindi lahat. Check eligibility per visa for possible benefits.
Youth transport support was for industrial complex employees (15-34). Officially ended Dec 19 2022. Info still online but can't apply now.
You can consult at Ministry of Employment & Labor Foreign Worker Support Center (major cities) for current welfare services. It's not your fault — info changes often.

D-2 Student visa: How to use education vouchers and job support
If you're in Korea on D-2 student visa, support differs while studying vs after graduation. First check your visa status.
Current students with scholarships should ask their scholarship foundation about education support eligibility. Coverage varies. Non-education items (living, shopping) are limited.
If job hunting after graduation, check eligibility for youth job support (₩500k/month, up to 6 months). Age 18-34. Ask Employment Welfare Plus Center (1350) if D-2 can apply post-grad.
E.g., after Korean college, if you switch to D-10 (job seeker) visa, eligibility may change. Re-check if visa changes.
E-7 Professional visa: Check programs you can apply for
Having E-7 doesn't automatically give more youth benefits. Each program has its own criteria.
Some local programs allow E-7 holders. Busan 'Working Joy Card' (young SME employees) can be applied by foreign E-7 holders working in Busan SMEs if they meet criteria, but must reside in Busan.
National programs often unclear about foreign eligibility. Tip: Before applying, check with Employment Welfare Plus Center (1350) or foreign service at local community center.
3-step foreign eligibility check before applying
Doing these 3 steps saves time from wrong applications. Many foreigners skip and get rejected.
