If your spouse is a regional subscriber, you can't register as a dependent. Only spouses with employer insurance get the 0‑won dependent benefit.
Yes! Kids born in Korea are automatically enrolled in health insurance. Just register with NHIS after the birth report.
It's optional. Korean NHIS gives enough coverage. Keep PhilHealth only if you might return to the Philippines.
