Foreign registration

You’re automatically enrolled in health insurance from day one.

Premium is auto‑deducted from salary. Company pays half.
When changing workplace

Check before returning home
Nepal is exempt from NPS, so you don’t pay the national pension. The exit‑term insurance can be received after you leave.
How much do you pay?
Company pays half. Your share is about 89,900 won/month (based on 2.5 M won salary).

Industrial accident insurance applied separately
If you’re injured on the job, industrial accident insurance covers 100%.
National pension exemption
Nepal is exempt from NPS, so you don’t have to pay the national pension.
Exit‑term insurance
Instead of severance pay, you’re enrolled in exit‑term insurance, which you can claim after leaving.
70% of hospital costs covered
For health‑insurance benefits, you only pay 30% out‑of‑pocket.
