When and what to do?
Pre‑training completed
Complete the KHRD pre‑training.
Foreign registration.
Within 14 days after arrival.Get your alien registration card within 14 days after arrival.
Automatic health insurance enrollment.
You're auto‑enrolled in health insurance from day one.
Monthly premium deduction.
Premium is deducted from salary automatically. Company pays half.
When changing workplace.
Within 3 months.You need to find a new job within 3 months.
Check before returning home.
No bilateral agreement, so pension refund isn’t possible. You can get the exit‑term insurance.
How much do you pay?
Company pays half. Your share is about 89,900 KRW/month (based on 2.5M KRW salary).
Benefits that apply to you
Industrial accident insurance applied separately.
Work‑related injuries are fully covered by industrial accident insurance.
Exit‑term insurance.
Exit‑term insurance replaces severance pay.
70% of hospital costs covered.
For health‑insurance benefits, you only pay 30%.
Tax treaty applied.
The Korea‑Cambodia tax treaty can prevent double taxation.

National pension exemption — not refundable.
Cambodia is exempt from NPS. You don’t have to pay the national pension, but since you never paid, there’s no refund.
3‑month rule for workplace change.
If you don’t re‑hire within 3 months, your stay permit may be cancelled.
